Today I came across an interesting article on the TED site about a book and TED X talk by Dr John Sharp.
Essentially, he is describing a process very similar to the one outlined in Shifting Stories, as a self-help tool to help people to shift their own most profound self-limiting belief.
I have yet to read the book, but the TED X talk is well worth a listen, so I thought I would post it here.
I still think that it is easiest and most effective to undertake this kind of work with a skilled coach or therapist, but am intrigued at how closely Dr Sharp's approach mirrors mine; and I like his knife, fork and spoon analogy.
